Here is an update on USDA Funds:

We just received further information that the USDA funds may not be reinstated until after their fiscal year which is in September. This means that we can not originate any USDA loans after April 1, 2010 until the President has reinstated their funds. USDA will not guarantee after that date.

So, if you have anyone out there wanting this program, we are running out of time!
